Seasonal trend reports for Insights module customers [Launched: July, 2025]
Our latest Insights reports for Insights module customers will launch in June with data from the Spring 2025 recruiting season. This includes updates to Campaign Analytics, Event Strategy, and Compensation Trends—plus a new Brand Insights supplement highlighting your employer brand standing among early talent, industry benchmarks, and actionable recommendations for strengthening your presence on Handshake.

Event communications tab [Launched: July 2025]
The new communications tab allows Events employers to personalize and streamline their events-related comms to attendees.

Applicant review split pane UI [Launched: July 2025]
Updated user interface for employers to more easily identify and review candidates in an easy to use split pane display.

Sponsored content comment controls [Launched: July 2025]
Employers who have purchased the Brand Bundle can now turn off comments on sponsored posts. This provides employers with more controls around their content and brand within Handshake.

Handshake login and registration glow-up [Launched: July 2025]
We’ve launched a fully refreshed login and registration experience across Handshake. The updated UI features modern styling, clearer content, and on-brand visuals—creating a smoother, more polished first impression for all users.

Ability to disable comments on content posts in Feed [Launched: July 2025]
Employers can now disable comments on sponsored content posts in the Feed. Now, employers can confidently share content on Handshake, especially if they have limited bandwidth to manage responses or want to prevent harmful comments. When comments are turned off, students will see a grayed-out comment section with an explanation on both Web and iOS (Android coming soon).

Promote open roles through your events [Launched: July 2025]
Employers can now link up to 15 jobs directly to an event—no more copying and pasting job links into descriptions or relying solely on campaigns. This makes it easier to promote relevant roles ahead of time and helps students show up prepared. The update is live across all employer tiers in the US and EU, with iOS support for students coming in August. Better event prep = more focused conversations, more applications, and better outcomes for everyone.
