Screener questions

We’re beginning a pilot of a new feature that allows employers to add up to three customizable screening questions per job. Designed to enhance filtering for Handshake Apply (and compatible with external apply), this feature helps streamline applicant review by enabling better upfront qualification—directly within Handshake.
