We’re excited to release the latest Insights reports, including the brand new Compensation Trends report, built to fuel your spring recruiting strategy. In January’s release, Insights customers will find:

  • Insights Highlights: See an overview of key findings from the Fall '24 recruiting season.

  • Event Strategy Report: Optimize this season’s events and fairs based on your target talent's latest activity and trends.

  • Campaign Analytics Report: Review recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

  • New Compensation Trends Report: Stay ahead with the latest trends in compensation for early talent, including benchmarks for your top roles.

  • In-app Benchmarking: Along with these reports, you also have access to the Benchmarking page in-app under the Analytics tab. Use it anytime to benchmark your performance against peers and identify trends—giving you more control over your strategy, whenever you need it.

Insights customers can view and download these reports directly from their Insights Library.

Required salary fields on job form [Launched: January 27, 2025]

We recently announced that salary transparency now covers 10 states. As a follow up to this update, employers in states with salary transparency requirements now have the option to share a salary range or an exact amount when posting a job on Handshake. For a reminder of the states with this requirement, see the Help Center article here under Compensation > States requiring pay transparency.

Zoom in/out on photos taken with the Events App [Launched: January 21, 2025]

Employers with the Events module are now able to zoom in and out on the photos they’ve taken using the Events app, so as to better review resumes, etc.

Fix for reviewing evaluation comments [Launched: January 21, 2025]

We have deployed a fix so that long comments left as part of a candidate evaluation will no longer be cut off when employers with the Events module view them in the Events app.
