Waitlist type toggling

Soon you'll be able to toggle between an automated and manual waitlist on an event or fair. If you switch from a manual to an automated waitlist, students on the waitlist will automatically be registered as availability opens up. If you switch from automated to manual, your team will be responsible for moving students off the waitlist.
