Job details: candidate preferences

We're updating job pages to make employer qualifications more transparent for students. Today, students simply see whether they do or do not meet an employer's work authorization, major, GPA, and graduation year preferences. The new design allows students to see the actual preference the employer has set (e.g. 3.5 GPA), as well as whether they meet it.
