Bulk action emailing

When using the “send email” bulk action from the Employer list page, instead of going to every user associated with a selected company, emails will instead only go to the account owner.

When using the “send email” bulk action from the Job list page, this action will email only the job creator and not all contacts associated with applicant package delivery.
