AI-powered applicant management

AI-powered applicant management helps recruiters source and engage qualified applicants fast, and cut through the volume of candidates. There are three components to this product:
1. applicant criteria inputs, 2. applicant recommendations, 3. applicant summary.

As employers set their applicant criteria, Handshake will dynamically recommend applicants based off of the employer-defined criteria (e.g., skills, majors), helping recruiters prioritize the most relevant applicants with easy to see recommendation flags. Lastly, there will be a quick glance summary on the right side of the screen to help recruiters see the most critical and relevant information about the applicant.

This feature is designed to improve the relevance and usability of applicant lists, reduce time spent reviewing unqualified applicants, and increase employer satisfaction with the hiring process.
