Apply to external jobs with Handshake documents [Launched on iOS: April 22, 2024]

Students using our iOS app can now apply to jobs hosted externally using their resume and other documents associated with their Handshake profile. After clicking the "Apply externally" button in Handshake, students see a pop-up with instructions on how to select documents from Handshake to attach to their application.

• This update makes it easier for students to apply to external jobs on their phone. It will launch on Android in the coming weeks.

Sign language proficiency [Launched: May 1, 2024]

Earlier this spring, we launched the ability for students to indicate language proficiencies on their profiles. We just added sign languages to the list of options to select from.

Who's viewed my profile [Launched: May 3, 2024]

We launched a new email that highlights employers who viewed a student's profile. The email also includes a nudge to update your profile. An early test of this email drove a 45% increase in completed profiles.
