Booth check-in offline mode [Full launch: March 5, 2024]

All students can now check into employer booths at career fairs via our iOS and Android apps without needing a wifi or cellular connection.

Pay & benefits filters [Full launch: March 12, 2024]

We launched new pay and benefits filters on the job search page for all students.

Job search typeahead - saved searches [Full launch: March 12, 2024]

We rolled out a new iteration of job keyword search for students. Now, students see recommended recent saved searches they've performed when they start typing a keyword. This is in addition to recommended job roles, employers, and industries, which rolled out last month. This update helps students select more powerful keywords—to date, we’ve seen statistically significant increases in job clicks and applications when students use the new experience.

Job details "at a glance" [Full launch: March 12, 2024]

We launched the new "At a glance" section at the top of job postings to all students. This section highlights pay, location, job type, and work authorization information—making it easier for students to find the most valuable information.

Top match—detailed annotation [Launched: March 15, 2024]

Earlier this spring, we released a "top match" annotation that's added to employer messages when a student falls into the top 15% of potential candidates for the role the employer is promoting. We've just enhanced the experience by adding a new module to the message highlighting why the student is a top match based on their major and school year. This annotation helps students better understand why they're getting the message and encourages them to take action.

Updated job card [Experiment launch: March 18, 2024]

We launched a redesigned job card in job search for 50% of students. The new card highlights more information that's important to students and that helps jobs stand out:

  • Pay information is displayed on job cards.

  • A tag is included on jobs from employers in a career center collection.

  • Employer logos are included on job cards.

In tandem with the launch of the new job card, we’re changing the default name of the collections filter in job search from Employer collections to Career center collections.
