Handshake student product updates—June 21, 2024

Post composer [Full launch June 20, 2024]: Students can post content to share career inspiration and tips with peers from their school or with the entire network.  

• Posts must adhere to our content policy. Learn how Handshake moderates content on the feed here.

Comments [Full launch June 20, 2024]: Students (and employers and your teams) can comment on posts in the feed. If someone comments on your post, you'll get a notification and be able to reply.

Feed on web app [Full launch June 20, 2024]: The Handshake feed is now available on our web app in addition to the mobile app. Students can access the feed via a new tab on the navigation bar. 

Hide a job [Launched June 14, 2024] Students are able to hide a job they are not interested in viewing. Doing so removes the job from view in the job search, in campaign messages, and in the feed. Students do have a brief window to undo their action immediately after hiding a job and can still view hidden jobs either through the saved job tab or via the URL for that posting.
