Save content in home feed [Beta launch: April 1, 2024]

50% of students can save posts from the home feed. This allows students to reference career content that they found compelling at a later date.

More informative job card [Launched: April 9, 2024]

We launched a new job card to all students. The updated card highlights information that’s important to students including pay and whether the employer is in a collection. 

• During the experiment period, we found that students who saw redesigned job cards submitted more applications!

“So what?” annotations—responsive employer [Launched: April 10, 2024]

We launched a new annotation added to employer messages when the employer has an average response time of less than 48 hours and has already replied to 10 student messages.

• This annotation nudges students to reply to the message (or apply for the attached job) and feel confident they’ll hear back.
