Automated Outreach: role-based access [Launched: Sept 16]

Automated Outreach now uses the same role-based access as Campaigns for enterprise users: Owners, Admins, and Sourcers only. For non-enterprise employers, it's based on job management roles.

Employer Registration Routing [Launched: Sept 14]
New users who sign up with an email tied to an existing company will now see a prompt asking if they're joining Handshake to hire or to look for jobs. Choosing "hiring" routes straight into employer registration. This ensures new employer users create the right type of account.

Application windows [Launched: Sept 10]

Basic employers can now choose a 15-day application window instead of the default 30.

Employer template hub [Launched: Sept 8]
Standard and AI-personalized message templates now live in one centralized template hub. Previously, employers could only manage AI templates via Automated Outreach.
