Candidate Analysis page redesign [Launched: October 17, 2024]

We've revamped the flow that TES employers complete in order to generate a Candidate Analysis report so that it's easier to navigate. Candidate Analysis allows you to see a holistic view of how your candidates engaged with your company throughout their journey on Handshake, ultimately identifying the strategies that contributed to the advancement of your recruitment process and demonstrating the ROI of your talent acquisition efforts using Handshake.

Streamlined event follow-ups [Launched: October 18, 2024]

We’ve made it easier for Handshake Event customers to message their event RSVPs and attendees before and after the big day. Attendee stats featured on the event/fair overview page now link directly to a pre-filtered list of candidates, so you can easily draft a bulk message to follow up.
