We rebuilt the school network management experience to unify exploration and list management in one view—click the My Network filter to see the schools you’re already connected with. The new page also allows you to take bulk actions.

Improved attendee targeting for events [Launched: October 9, 2025]

New event filtering and exclusion options on the Candidates tab let you precisely find and connect with the right candidates (e.g., RSVPs who didn’t check in), helping you write more targeted follow up messages.

Applicant management: inline document review [Rollout began: October 10, 2025]

You can now view resumes and other application documents directly within Handshake's application management experience, eliminating the need to download files individually. This update streamlines the applicant review process, allowing recruiters to quickly scan and assess candidate fit without leaving the platform. Learn more here.
