Guided homepage [Rollout began: June 3, 2024]

We're introducing a new recruiter homepage with tailored guidance, so you can skip the guesswork and maximize the impact of your recruiting efforts. The "Take Action" section surfaces the three most valuable actions you can take to meet your recruiting goals, like crafting a campaign to drive more applicants or following up with event attendees. Plus, find recommended candidates for your job openings so you can draft a message and get connected with promising talent tailored to your specific needs. The new homepage will roll out to all users in the coming weeks.

Comments [Rollout began: June 5, 2024]

We've started rolling out comments on posts in the Handshake feed. If someone comments on your post, you'll get a notification and be able to reply. We expect comments to roll out to all users in June.

• Comments, like posts, must adhere to our content policy. Learn how we moderate content here.

• Today, only a small beta group of employers are able to post and comment on the feed. All employers will gain access on June 20.

Redesigned profile & follows [Rollout began: June 5, 2024]

We've started rolling out a redesigned profile that highlights content you've posted and includes the ability to follow you. You'll see more content from users you follow in the Handshake feed. We expect the redesigned profile to roll out to all users in June.
