Hiring Intelligence: Source candidates [Launched: June 2026]
The new Source Candidates experience (formerly the Matches tab) is now available to all Basic & Pro employers. Powered by Handshake’s Hiring Intelligence, it builds an ideal candidate profile for each of your roles, surfaces the most relevant candidates, and lets you provide feedback to refine who you’re looking for. This will roll out to Enterprise employers in July.
Promoted jobs in Similar Jobs [Launched: June 12, 2026]
Your promoted jobs can now appear in the Similar Jobs section on related job postings — one of the highest-intent surfaces on Handshake. This update supplements the visibility your promoted jobs get on the Job Search page and the job seeker Inbox.
