Source Candidates [Launched: July 14, 2026]
The new Source tab (previously "Matches") began rolling out in June to Basic & Pro employers, and it is now available for all. It uses Handshake's Hiring Intelligence to generate hiring criteria and surface qualified candidates for your open roles, so your team can focus on the right people without manual searching.

Flexible promoted job pricing [Rollout began: July 14, 2026]
A new pricing tier is rolling out for promoted jobs, giving you more choice in how aggressively you promote a role. It's live for an initial group of employers, with broader availability coming soon.

Applicant Management [Rollout began: July 14, 2026]
A new experiment is live for a subset of employers allowing you to review applicants with AI-generated signals on why each candidate fits your role. This helps you move faster on the best applicants and spend less time on manual screening.
