Handshake Events users based in Canada can now download the Events mobile app.

Featured posts on Brand Pages [Launched: December 3, 2024]

“Professional” and “Advanced” Brand Page employers will now be able to feature up to 2 posts within their main Brand Page. Additionally, “Advanced” Brand Pages employers will have the ability to feature up to 2 posts within each of their subpages. Learn about featured posts here.

Webinar-style virtual events [Launched: Dec 4, 2024]

Handshake Events customers now have access to a new beta feature allowing them to host large webinar-style virtual events using embedded video in Handshake. The new event format can accommodate up to 1,000 registrants. Learn about webinar-style events here.

Auto captions [Launched: December 6, 2024]

Virtual sessions hosted using embedded video on Handshake now offer participants the option to turn on auto-generated captions. Learn about enabling captions here.

Attach a job to a feed post [Rollout began: December 6, 2024]

We've started rolling out an update that allows users to promote their job via a post on the Handshake feed. Users will be given the option to create a feed post after completing the job form. The post will include the job as an attachment and will live on the feed, and on your job posting as well. This update will roll out to all employers in the coming weeks.
