Efficiently build and send event campaigns [Launched: December 11, 2024]

Employers can now create and send Event campaigns more efficiently with the ability to build a segment directly from the campaigns tab. No need to create a segment in a separate step or tab! 

Improved Talent List user experience [Launched: December 11, 2024]

We’ve refreshed the Talent List page to enhance usability. Changes include: bringing “Keyword search” to the top bar on the page and moving “Engagement” and “Skills” filters to the side sheet view. We’ve also added the ability to apply a segment within Talent List to help refine your search. Additionally, we’ve added a disclaimer message at the bottom of the page to inform you when your search exceeds 10K results.

Candidate profile visibility [Rollout began: December 19, 2024]

We’ve made it easier to consistently access candidate profile information across the platform for quicker candidate vetting and nurturing. You can now view engagement insights in the Engagement section of a candidate’s profile as well as up to date candidate information like application details, sourcing information, candidate highlights and more. This will roll out to all TES employers in the coming weeks.
