Handshake job promotions beta [Launched: November 2025]

The job promotions beta is designed to solve some of the biggest early talent challenges for employers, including the candidate black hole, low response rates, and the rising volume of applications hiring teams must sort through. Instead of relying on legacy campaigns to push out your jobs and hope for responses, job promotions show your roles to qualified early talent directly in the channels where they are actively searching and demonstrating the highest intent.

Insights from this beta will help us refine qualifiedness scores, improve usability, and prepare for a broader rollout to more employers in early 2026. The beta is currently live for almost 30 employers with Talent Engagement Suite across industries.
