Handshake education partner product launches—November 16, 2023

Contact last active date [Beta launched: Nov 6, 2023]

We launched the ability to sort and filter contacts based on the last time they logged into Handshake to four beta partners. This feature will launch for all institutions in the coming weeks.

School year job automatic approval exception [Launched: Nov 7, 2023]

We've added a new exception to job auto-approval settings that allows your team to review jobs targeting specific school years and education levels. Employers have the option (but are not required) to select target school years and education levels when posting a job.

First Destination Survey employer autocomplete [Launched: Nov 14, 2023]

We updated the employer field your team uses when entering a first destination survey response on behalf of a student. The field recommends employer names based on what you've typed so far, and includes the employer's logo and headquarters location. This helps your team ensure you're associating the student's response with the correct employer on Handshake.

Reporting on waitlists [Launched: Nov 16, 2023]

We've introduced two new fields to event and fair reports to allow your team to report on waitlisted students:

• Waitlisted (Yes/ No) - Indicates if the user is currently waitlisted

• Waitlisted At Date - Indicates the date that the user first joined the waitlist. This date remains even if the student is able to join the event.

NOTE: If you want to report on students who attended an event, you should include the filter “Waitlisted (Yes/No)” = “No” to ensure you do not count waitlisted students among attendees.

Reporting on employer hosted events [Launched: Nov 16, 2023]

We've introduced the ability to report on which of your students attended public events hosted by premium employer partners. Public events are typically promoted directly to students via message campaigns.

Experiences enhancements [Launched: Nov 16, 2023]

We launched two highly requested updates to Experiences. You can now:

• Filter Experiences by college

• Search for students' Experiences using their email addresses
