Expanded job side sheet [Launched: December 14, 2023]
We increased the width of the job side sheet, which you can access by clicking into a posting on the Jobs page. This helps you see more job and employer details without having to scroll down.
Apply employer labels on Jobs page [Launched: December 15, 2023]
You can now apply employer labels individually and in bulk via the Jobs page.

The job side sheet now displays employer and job labels.
First Destination Survey (FDS) responses tab [Full launch: Dec 19, 2023]
We launched a new FDS responses tab to make it easier for you to review and edit responses your students have submitted. Notably, we added a new filter to help you quickly identify and edit employer names that students manually entered so that you can tie them to the correct employer in Handshake.
Employer location filter + exception criteria [Launched: January 3, 2024]
We added a job auto-approval exception for jobs from employers headquartered outside the US. You can also filter for employers headquartered outside the US.
Post composer [Beta launch: January 10, 2024]
An initial batch of beta institutions are able to post text and video content to the mobile home feed. The post composer will be available for more institutions in the coming weeks.

Employer profile + activity feed [Beta launch: January 10, 2024]
An initial batch of beta institutions have access to an updated employer profile—which consolidates key information about an employer—and an initial version of an activity log which, over time, will grow to track all engagements your team has with an employer.
This launch is the first in a series of launches that make Handshake your team’s employer relationship management hub. The new employer profile and activity log will launch to all institutions in the coming weeks.
Mobile home feed analytics [Beta launch: January 18, 2024]
An initial batch of beta institutions can now access a dashboard with high level metrics about how their students are engaging on the mobile home feed. The dashboard will be available for all institutions in the coming weeks.
Resource analytics [Beta launch: January 18, 2024]
An initial batch of beta institutions can now see student engagement metrics for Resources—including page views, link clicks, attachment downloads, and more. This will launch to all institutions in the coming weeks.
