Survey updates [Launched October 9, 2025]

We added the ability to delete past surveys even if they already have responses. They are no longer selectable or viewable on the survey list, but responses that live in other parts of the product (e.g. on appointments, events, etc.) will not be deleted. We have also added a "Respondent" column to the survey overview page.

Add multiple labels [Launched October 8, 2025]

We've introduced the ability to add multiple labels at the same time throughout the platform to help you save time.

Collections updates [Launched October 8, 2025]

We have made a few updates to make it easier to manage collections:

• The ability to edit a collection’s category

• The option to re-run job rules, which will remove any manually added jobs and re-add any manually removed jobs

• Information about when a collection was last updated and by whom

• For students, a new “Collections” tile added to the career center page

Sourced outcomes [Open beta launched: October 6, 2025]

This feature is now open to all schools that would like to join the beta. It provides a combination of Handshake-exclusive data and LinkedIn profile data to give you a new stream of student outcomes to help you save time and demonstrate your impact.
