First Destination Survey (FDS) email set-up [Launched October 10, 2025]

We have made an update to the FDS set-up process, which will be especially beneficial to schools who wish to leverage sourced outcomes but do not use Handshake to distribute their survey. You are now able to easily disable the FDS email campaign so that you can set up a survey without messaging students.

Redesigned contact detail page [Launched October 16, 2025]

We have released a refreshed contact details page intended to provide more relevant information. The new page includes:

• A profile image (if available)

• A last login date

• An updated activity pane that is specific to the user associated with the contact and not their company
