Importer name field updates [Launched: July 24, 2025]

We’ve updated the importer so that only text (and not numbers) can be included in all name fields. This provides an important layer of security and privacy for students by ensuring that personal information, such as phone numbers, doesn’t end up in publicly visible name fields.

Redesigned FDS recipients page [Launched: July 29, 2025]

We’ve launched an updated recipients page designed to increase visibility and drive action. This page includes a new “needs attention” filter to quickly view students who have yet to submit a survey response or have responded that they are still looking.

• This is the page on which we will display sourced outcomes, which are expected to launch for all schools this fall.

Default three-month filter in reports [Launched: July 30, 2025]

We have added a default filter to five report types (Applications, Jobs, Students, Employers, and Appointments) to limit those reports to the past 90 days. This filter, which can be adjusted or removed, will help our Analytics tool as a whole to work faster.
