Appointment kiosk settings for drop-ins [Launched: January 5, 2026]

We have made an update to the appointment kiosk so that it respects specified appointment types for drop-in blocks. Previously, a student could select any appointment type during a drop-in block, even if an advisor had set their block to only allow for specific appointment types. 

Sourced outcomes download [Launched: December 23, 2025]

We have added a quick download that allows you to see all responses, not just the most recent one. This enables you to see a student survey response as well as a promoted sourced outcome, if applicable. 

Updated counts in navigation bar [Launched: December 23, 2025]

We’ve updated the “pending” counts in the left-side navigation bar for both appointments and fairs so that they now only show future pending appointments or fair registrations. Previously these counts showed pending appointments or registrations with dates in the past. 

Magic link login [Launched December 23, 2025]

We’ve added the ability for users to sign in with a magic link sent to their email instead of entering their password, a more secure method for account access. Magic links are not available for staff at schools that enforce single sign-on in their School Settings. 

New field in reports [Launched: December 19, 2025]

We’ve added “education level” as a new field to the jobs report template in analytics. We’ve also included a "name list" for this field. This allows you to create reports identifying job postings where employers are using this new field to specify job qualifications.
