Saved search on collections page [Launched December 18, 2024]

We released an update to the collections overview page that allows you to use a saved search to quickly access your preferred collections. 

Add events and fairs to collections [Launched January 7, 2025] 

We released an update enabling schools to add events and fairs to a collection. Fairs need to be added manually, but there are auto-inclusion rules to include events based on labels.

Employer Relationship Management - BCC emails to activity log [Beta expansion: January 15, 2025]

We have expanded the beta group currently testing the ability to track external emails with an employer on the company’s activity log in Handshake. As part of the logging process, users are also able to easily create new contacts records. 

New fields in analytics [Launched January 17, 2025]

We added two new fields—“Total Active Days” and “Last Login Activity”—to reports about students and career center users. 

We also renamed two other fields. “Student Last Logged In Date” was renamed to “Student Last Activity Date” and “Unique Login Sessions” was renamed “Unique Students Login Sessions.”
