External email tracking list [Launched: August 14, 2025]

To further increase the usefulness of external email tracking, you are now able to see a record of all messages logged at your institution. You will find this under the “All emails” tab on your external email logging page under user settings.

Student engagement insights [Beta launched: August 21, 2025]

We launched an updated Manage students page to a small beta group. This page includes some quick data that you can filter on to narrow down to specific student populations and then use activity filters to help you better understand the engagement of the students you serve. 

Degree level added to job auto approval criteria [Launched: August 25, 2025]

We’ve added degree level as a separate filter in job auto-approval criteria. This change reflects the new qualifications that employers can specify on job postings. If you had a pre-existing degree level specified in your auto approval rules (e.g. Masters), it will now show up in the degree level section instead.
