Report on note authors [Launched: March 21, 2024]

We're added a new "Notes author" field to analytics to make it easy to report on who created notes associated with appointments, contacts, employers, events, interview schedules, jobs, room only interview schedules, and students.

Collection management page [Launched: April 2, 2024]

We launched a new page where you can view all of your collections, and the employers you've placed in them. You can see how many student followers and active jobs each employer has, and remove employers from collections too. You can access the new experience via a Collections tab on the lefthand toolbar.

This new hub for collections is the first in a series of updates we're making to collections. This summer, you'll be able to create and manage custom collections that feature both employers and jobs. Stay tuned for more details!

Employer relationship management—jobs tab [Launched: April 2, 2024]

We've added a new tab to employer profile pages consolidating all jobs an employer has posted—both active and expired. Previously this information was scattered across multiple pages. You can see the job title, job type, when it was opened/closed, and the number of applications at a glance. From there, you can also take further actions like viewing all applicants, managing labels, emailing the job to students, and emailing the job poster. 

Employer relationship management—redesigned employers list page [Beta launch: April 2, 2024]

We revamped the Employers page to make it easier for your team to manage and engage with employers in your network. This redesign sets the stage for future enhancements that help you discover new employers on Handshake.

• NOTE: we've removed the Flagged tab from this page, as it reflected old flags that have already been resolved. Whenever an employer flag is submitted, our Trust and Safety team kicks off a review process. The Trust and Safety team will reach out to any parties necessary and take appropriate action according to our policies and terms of service. Read more here.

• The new page is live for institutions participating in the employer relationship management beta. It will launch to all partners in the coming weeks.

Employer relationship management—enhanced employer activity log [Beta launch: April 2, 2024]

We've updated the activity log on employer profile pages to make it more comprehensive and easier to navigate. The updated activity log includes the ability to sort and filter activity types, and also includes automatic tracking of Handshake Targeted Emails your team sends to employer contacts.
