Reporting API [Beta launch: April 18, 2025]

This tool enables schools to take data from Handshake and move it into another system, providing an alternative to scheduled reports for automating data pulls. We will expand beta access to additional schools over the coming months.

Employer Relationship Management—external email logging shortcut [Launched April 22, 2025] 

We’ve added a link to each user’s external email logging page via the drop-down menu in the top-right corner. This page houses a user’s unique BCC email address necessary for logging emails, as well as any unresolved emails. A user can create a contact record to move any unresolved emails from this page to the correct employer’s Activity Log.
