Easy alumni conversion [Launched April 2, 2026]

We’ve added a prompt to the EDU homepage and the manage students page to help you more easily convert seniors into alumni. Users with the appropriate set of permissions will see the option to download a list of students who have been set as “Seniors” for 3+ years or use a shortcut to automatically update all of those students to alumni. 

Redesigned appointment list page and waiting room [Launched April 2, 2026]

We’ve released an updated appointment list page that shows at a glance if a student is checked in. It also includes a quick link to appointment analytics.

We’ve also launched a new design of the waiting room that maintains the single-view display for both scheduled and drop-in appointments and includes a new filter for appointment type.

Omni reporting [Beta launch April 1, 2026]

We’ve beta launched Omni, our new reporting tool that will eventually replace Looker for all career centers. Omni offers AI-powered report building, custom dashboards and folders, and more intuitive visualizations to help you tell clearer data stories to campus stakeholders. A limited set of schools are in the beta today; all schools will gain access in May, with Omni and Looker running side by side for several months to minimize any disruption to your reporting.
