Smart Campaigns make recruiting easier by replacing manual targeting with automation to improve campaign accuracy and save Employers’ time. This update introduces a new, simplified, campaign creation flow for employers creating job-campaigns with the option to use automated targeting to curate a qualified audience for your campaign based on the attached job description. This is only available for US customers with access to campaigns.

Job List: [Live: Feb 7, 2024] - Global

The Jobs List has been revamped with a sleek design, simplified content, and important new features to make your workflows easier. It includes location, application close dates, job owner, and enhanced search functionality, and sets the stage for future enhancements.

Save time within the job creation process with automatically populated fields pulled directly from your job description. Reduce duplicative effort, speed up job creation, and find matches more quickly on Handshake.

Handshake Events updates: [Live: January 30, 2024] - US only

The below updates are only for Employers with access to the Events module

• To help streamline workflows, Employers can now include an external registration link for in-person events. Employers without the Events module can only include external registration links for virtual events.

• Employers using the Events mobile app now see a photo label to indicate a photo is associated with an evaluation.

• Employers using advanced schedules now receive a warning if they forget to add an external registration link for externally hosted video meetings.

• We have improved screen loading time for advanced schedules.
