Job-based approvals [GA launched: Dec 7, 2023] - US only

With this launch, employers can simply request a connection with a school by posting a job. Employers and EDU partners can save time by consolidating two steps into one to get approvals at relevant schools. 

For new employers, this means when they sign up to Handshake for the first time, they can post their job to any school on the network. Once a job is approved at a school, employers can request events, send campaigns/ message, and search for students at the school. Note: Career fair registrations will not require a job post. Seat transparency within employer navigation [Launched: Nov 30] - Global
We’re introducing a small change to our employer navigation (the left sidebar) to help our users understand their seat type and permissions when using Talent Engagement Suite and premium Handshake features. 

This visual redesign highlights whether a user has a Premium or Core (unpaid) seat to help them better understand their access to Handshake.
