Job creation flow [Beta launched: Aug 24]

We’ve updated the job creation flow to provide more easy ways to post a job. Now you can easily draft a job automatically from a posting link, a past job, or a job description in addition to writing one from scratch. No fields in the job posting flow have changed. The new flow also lets you set your ideal candidate profile, so Handshake can start sharing potential matches with you immediately. This is currently live to a subset of new employers, with a wider rollout planned in the coming weeks.

Applicant review [Launched: Jul 31] Hiring Intelligence's applicant review is now live for all paid employers. You'll see AI-generated relevance and fit signals next to each application, so you can focus on your strongest candidates first.

Pre-drafted message responses [Launched: Jul 29] When a candidate replies to your Automated Outreach message, Handshake now drafts a response for you so it’s easy to follow up quickly. You stay in control — the message doesn’t go out until you review it and hit send.
