Promotions [Launched: March 23, 2026]

Employers can now promote roles directly in Handshake's job search and inbox experiences, surfacing opportunities to qualified candidates at the moment their intent is highest. Promotions use candidate signals, such as skills, coursework, and career interests, alongside your job requirements to automatically match and show your roles to talent where they are actively looking.
