Auto-archiving contacts [Launched December 10, 2025]

We’ve archived contact records associated with employer users whose accounts have been deactivated or suspended. This helps to keep contact records clean and ensure outreach isn’t being sent to users known to be inactive. You can review your archived contacts tab to review or unarchive contacts as needed.

EDU branding on the feed [Launched December 4, 2025]

We’ve added a new button to the feed page on desktop, directing students to their school’s resources and career center. This update aims to increase EDU brand visibility and student awareness of available support. 

Sourced outcomes [Launched December 1, 2025]  

We’ve fully launched sourced outcomes! This feature, which automatically identifies potential outcomes from Handshake data and LinkedIn profiles, helps you save time and increase your first destination survey (FDS) knowledge rate. We’ve also added a new “ignore” option so that you can permanently hide any outcomes you’ve already reviewed and decided were not appropriate.

ERM discovery page refresh [Launched November 21, 2025] 

We’ve launched a redesigned employer discovery page to make insights clearer. We’ve also added a new employer leaderboard called “Top first destinations” that shows employers most cited in current FDS's. This brings visibility into hiring for staff members who may not have permission to view FDS but may play an important role in nurturing employer partnerships.
