Account auto-merge updates [Launched September 1]

We've expanded which accounts are eligible for auto-merge. When a student begins sign-up with a personal email and chooses to affiliate with their school, their accounts now merge automatically—regardless of whether the .edu account was already activated (previously, auto-merge only worked for unactivated accounts). Additionally, if a school has already imported a student's personal email, that student will be prompted to verify their imported .edu address when creating an account, preventing a duplicate account. We've also added a new modal encouraging students to pause and go to their inbox to verify their .edu email, a required step for merging.

Quick download on account request page [Launched August 24, 2025]
You can now download a CSV of student account requests directly from the request page. The file includes all available fields—first and last name, email, request date, request type, and responses to custom questions—giving your team a new way to organize and evaluate incoming requests.

EDU homepage with Insights dashboard [Beta launched August 20, 2026]
We've launched in beta a redesigned homepage for career center users, featuring a dashboard from our Insights tool that surfaces high-value engagement data. Action buttons (e.g., "Nudge students" → Targeted emails) are gated by permissions, so staff only see actions they can take. In the future, we'll enable you to set a custom Insights dashboard as your homepage.
